Our visual audits are based on the latest version of the Canadian Audit Reference guide V9A, developed by Westech. We have completed hundreds of thousands of visual audits across Canada since 2005; you will benefit from this by being able to anonymously benchmark your facility against other facilities across Canada.
The UV Marker Audits that Westech performs are based on the CDC, Safer Health Care Now, PIDAC, PICNet and twenty-five years of Westech experience.
ATP Audits, or Adenosine Triphosphate Audits, are used to objectively measure how much organic matter is left on the surface; the goal is always to get this as low as possible. These are ideal audits to conduct after a surface in your facility has been cleaned to determine if the cleaners are following proper best practice cleaning techniques. Westech uses the highest quality swabs and luminometers in our audits in order to provide accurate results. Westech provides our clients with their own ATP Luminometers & Swabs upon request.
Westech will work directly with your cleaning supervisors and complete joint audits to ensure they are following the proper best practice auditing techniques as per their certification training with Westech.
Using our APPA based Westech auditing standards, we will perform a visual audit of all your interior spaces with either an APPA 1, 2 or 3 designation, depending on your cleaning specification contract.
Westech experts will ensure that your contractor is using certified green cleaning products and will shadow the cleaners to also ensure that they are using these products appropriately. The Westech green cleaning audit can be used to get your BOMA best credit.
Westech has developed a proprietary system for measuring the cleanliness of your important front entrance areas, patios & parking lots. This is an excellent audit in order to ensure that these high-profile public areas are kept clean and presentable, especially in the summer months when people are eating outside on a patio.
At Westech, we conduct in-depth ATP Audits. ATP stands for Adenosine Triphosphate; these audits test surfaces for how much organic matter is left on it, with the end goal always being as little matter as possible. Conducting this audit after your facility is cleaned can determine if your cleaning staff are following the best cleaning practices.
ATP Audits are beneficial for important areas like washrooms, boardrooms, and other places you want to minimize the spreading of pathogens; these audits can make a huge difference in the health of your employees and visitors.
